Tyranny of Two Parties

Twelve score and six years ago, our Founding Fathers proclaimed in the Declaration of Independence that it is the People’s Right and Duty to abolish the rule of King George III of Great Britain over the colonies:

But when a long Train of Abuses and Usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object, evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their Right, it is their Duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future Security. Such has been the patient Sufferance of these Colonies; and such is now the Necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government. The History of the present King of Great-Britain is a History of repeated Injuries and Usurpations, all having in direct Object the Establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States.

When the words “Tyranny of Two Parties” are substituted for the “King of Great Britain,” We the People shall understand that such is now the condition of the United States today. To prove this, let the following facts be submitted for the People to bear witness – that partisan public officials have:

corruptly manipulated legislative, judicial, and electoral processes for the purpose of supplanting the will of the People with the will of the party;
cunningly exploited the weaknesses of our Constitution for the purpose of acquiring and retaining partisan power;
willfully and maliciously divided the People through the weaponization of deception, lies, and disinformation campaigns as a means to acquire and retain partisan power;
have been disloyal to the United States by placing their loyalty to party over loyalty to the People;
betrayed the union among our States and the union among our People;
failed to execute their duties and abdicated their responsibilities to support and defend the purpose of the Constitution of the United States;
violated their oath of office and the public trust;
cunningly usurped and abused the power granted by the People;
used extortion, coercion, intimidation, foreign interference, and other forms of public corruption and criminality as a means to acquire and retain partisan power;
corruptly incited and supported an insurrection against the United States, causing our fellow citizens to bear arms against their country, in furtherance of an attempted coup to negate the votes and usurp the power of the People;
willfully and maliciously lied to the People about false and unsupported claims of voter fraud;
willfully disregarded the safety protocols for handling classified information necessary to protect our national security;
willfully neglected and obstructed protections against the existential threats to the nation and the planet;
supported policies and actions unworthy of a civilized and dignified nation, such as starting unnecessary wars under false pretenses, abusing and torturing prisoners of war, separating migrant children from their parents and placing them in cages, and condoning the views and actions of white supremacy;
corruptly used presidential pardons to free criminals for committing crimes in their name;
corruptly dangled presidential pardons in attempts to cover up their own crimes;
cunningly confirmed and appointed partisan federal judges who serve for life;
cunningly confirmed and appointed partisan Supreme Court Justices who serve for life and unjustly make prejudiced decisions based on personal partisan political ideologies, as opposed to the unprejudiced and non-partisan collective wisdom of the Court;
appointed partisan Supreme Court Justices who unjustly fail to recuse themselves in matters before the Court concerning a conflict of interest;
corruptly obstructed debate, blocked votes, and sabotaged the enactment of laws necessary to protect the liberties, rights, and well-being of the People through the partisan manipulation of legislative rules and procedures like the filibuster;
cunningly manipulated the electorate by defiling the integrity of voter registration information and using it as a recruitment tool for voters to declare their party affiliation for the benefit of the party;
then cunningly manipulated the electoral system by using the defiled voter registration information to corruptly gerrymander district boundaries for the purpose of supplanting the will of the People with the will of the party;
and then cunningly manipulated the electorate by defiling the integrity of the ballot with the party affiliation of candidates for the purpose of perpetuating two-party rule;
corruptly manipulated the electoral system through attempted partisan voter nullification tactics such as fake elector schemes and independent state legislature schemes to usurp and supplant the will of the People with the will of partisan state legislatures;
failed to honor and respect the inherent and sacred right and duty for every lawful citizen to vote;
corruptly manipulated the electorate through the use of partisan voter suppression tactics for the purpose of acquiring and retaining partisan power;
corruptly passed laws to deny, restrict, impede, or otherwise disenfranchise and deprive lawful citizens of their inherent and sacred right and duty to vote;
cunningly attempted to pass laws which would extend the right to vote to non-citizens and organizations such as corporations;
cunningly manipulated the electorate through the undisclosed “dark money” of wealthy donors;
cunningly manipulated the electorate by giving false testimony of the facts, bearing false witness against their competitors, and lying to the People they represent for the purpose of acquiring and retaining partisan power;
cunningly manipulated the electorate through the partisan exploitation of our racial, ethnic, gender, orientation, class, and religious differences and identities;
cunningly manipulated the electorate through the partisan exploitation of prejudice, bigotry, and racism;
cunningly manipulated the electorate by indoctrinating the People with deceptive partisan political propaganda and disinformation campaigns;
failed to treat the People with dignity, respect, and human decency;
willfully and maliciously vilified, demonized, and dehumanized fellow Americans;
willfully and maliciously fomented venomous anger, fear, hatred, bigotry, racism, radical extremism, and incited violence among the People;
corruptly colluded with media outlets to intentionally misinform and indoctrinate their viewers with false or deceptive partisan propaganda and disinformation for the purpose of boosting ratings and profits for the media company, as well as increasing their popularity and fundraising capabilities.

It has now become a Necessity for We, the People of these United States, to exercise Our Right and Duty to Dissolve Our Political Bands to an oppressive, unjust, and illegitimate two-party system of government that has divided the People and Establish for Ourselves a New System of Government that Unites US.
